eResidentCare is an electronic charting system, an electronic medication passing system, and a system that stores resident demographics, contacts, medical history and plans of care. From plans of care, Facilities enter services that they will be providing for their residents, they can schedule the services and chart on them. Each service charted creates a documented record that is date and time stamped that falls within the regulations set forth by their state and federal government.
